  I went to sonic yesterday morning. When I ordered my food I had to wait 7 minutes for someone to answer the machine. They proceeded to take my order, but every time I would finish saying something they would ask me if that was everything. I did not like the fact that they were rushing me or even giving me time to say my whole order. After they took my order the server came out with my drink and food after about 11 minutes. They handed me my drink, straw and then food. After they handed me the food they told me what my total was and informed me that they would be right back with my change. When they came out with my change they handed me my receipt and then asked if I would like to have my $4.73 or if they could keep it for their tip for their "great" service. I then told the server that if I wanted to tip them I would have said "here's your tip." So I left with everything and then went home to eat all my food. I wasn't very satisfied with the taste of my food since it was cold and hard to chew. I proceeded to with my day, but around 1:30 pm or so I finally decided I was going to call to see if there was a manager in the shift and when the guy answered the phone I heard his voice, but hung up. Wondering why I hung up?? Well here's where I'm trying to get to. I hung up for the simple fact that the server that I had was indeed a manager. I would like to point out that if this is what kind of management you have then why even have a business open? This was by far the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. So with that being said I'd like you to know that the managers/servers name was Guy. I don't know if he was new or if he was just being completely stupid. I really hope that this gets discussed with higher management or corporate. Sonic has officially lost my service until I hear that the management is new and has improved.

  I just waited over 10 minutes to receive my order which included a Milton lava sundae. Either the cake wasn't warmed up or was at least a year old. It was inedible. This was after my last experience in which I received the wrong item, was charged for an item they were sold out of and waited an ungodly amount of time for. They only thing worth going to this sonic location for would be the basic slushie...although they have messed those up too. And the girl working was wearing slippers. Slippers! Like house shoes....what on Earth. Won't be returning.
