- 1 / 5By Ashley ReneeThis is the 3rd and WORST experience I've had at Perkins in Rapid City. Tonight we had a waitress whose name was Tyler. She was so rude! She basically ignored our table, helping other tables. I had an empty drink for 10+ minutes; she walked around and filled other drinks. She handed us a bill that was wrong, which is a common mistake, but she never came back to fix it. Asked everyone around us how they were doing, if they needed anything. When she FINALLY came back, she seemed very passive aggressive and treated us like we were trying to get the cheapest price... we just wanted to pay for what we ordered. She came back to give us the right bill and to collect our money. It has been about 15 minutes now, she has not come back with our change. It's 10 pm on a Wednesday night, it is not busy, and there are 4 other employees working tonight. This is ridiculous!August 27, 2016
