  Black Hills Bagels gets 2 stars and 2 stars only completely based on the great taste of their food. Debra Jensen, owner of Black Hills Bagels is extremely rude and out for profit. She doesn't care about the welfare of her employees. Morale is always low when I am visiting Black Hills Bagels. Two of my friends have worked there within the last five years and all have quit based on their poor interactions with said manager. Black Hills Bagels is completely overpriced. Be prepared to spend $10 for a bagel sandwich. You get charged an absurd amount for adding each individual vegetable, and when they put it on your bagel, they hardly give you any kind of fair portion on your sandwich. After receiving my bagel with cream cheese, I realized there was hardly any cream cheese on the bagel. When I asked for a bit extra since they are so cheap and skimpy with their cream cheese, I was met with extreme passive aggressive behavior and was charged an additional amount. I'm sorry I wanted cream cheese on both sides of my bagel, not a skimpy amount on one. Their food is extremely good though, when you decide you do want to spend your whole paycheck on a bagel sandwich breakfast with the risk of being met with rude, passive aggressive behavior.
